Balance 526 Sailing Catamaran Phoenix was launched in November 2022 by Balance Catamarans/Nexus Yachts in St Francis.
Her owner chose a carbon mast and composite rigging, which we designed and manufactured for her.
The Balance Catamarans range includes a few models, the most popular being the 442, 482 and 526. The Balance 526 is is built by the well-known Paarman brothers at Nexus Yachts in Cape St Francis on the East Coast of South Africa. The inspiration for the Balance 526 Sailing Catamaran and indeed, the whole Balance Catamarans Range, arose from a passion to design and to build the finest performance voyaging catamarans for a couple or small family, who want to voyage in speed and comfort yet carry significant cruising payloads. In other words, a voyaging catamaran that has a good balance between sailing fast and being comfortable and spacious to live on.
The Balance 526 Sailing Catamaran is designed by Du Toit Yacht Design.
Her sails are by Ullman Sails South Africa.
